I am, technically, a vegetarian, however I am damn near vegan. I am in it for the animals, I am also inspired by the health side of it, food as medicine, healthier options for vegetarians and vegans. Though the beef industry has its obvious evils, the soy industry is no angel either. You'll find that I do post recipes with soy products, because sometimes, gosh darn-it, you want some fake cheese, but I am looking to balance it with the joys of soy-free and gluten-free cooking as well.

Made this the other day. Quite the craving quencher, if I do say so.
Frozen Blueberries, Almond Milk, Agave, Ginger, half a Banana.
Sprinkle some cinnamon and ground ginger on top and YuM!
